Sandringham School, St Albans

FBCS was awarded the project by way of competitive tender.

The works comprised forming an access haul road to the site for all site traffic. Mass fill trench foundations were constructed after an initial cut & fill operation to the existing ground. Foul and storm drainage were installed including a foul connection and 2 nr large borehole storm soakaways. Utility service trenches and ducts were installed around the site and also within the live school grounds. The insitu reinforced concrete ground floor slab was also poured along with the 1st floor reinforced concrete topping. External finishing works comprised topsoil landscaping, retaining walls, steps and paving.
